
This is the 2024 edition of The Dalmore's annual release of 21-year-old single malt Scotch, forming the pinnacle of its Principal Collection. The whisky initially aged in white oak bourbon barrels and first fill sherry casks, finishing its generous maturation with a stay in rare 30-year-old Matusalem oloroso sherry casks from the González Byass bodega.

Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan
Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges
