From the Dalmore Constellation Collection comes a cracking 21 year old single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 1990. It was initially aged in an American white oak cask, and given a finishing period in a Matusalem Oloroso sherry cask, before finally being bottled at 56.5% ABV.
