A 2001 vintage Dalmore, independently bottled by the chaps from Gordon & MacPhail. This Highland single malt was distilled back in 2001 and set aside to age until 2017, when it was bottled for the Connoisseurs Choice range.
Malty at first, though soon enough you'll find big ol' bushels of fresh orchard fruits and a sprig of spearmint.
Sharp green apples, spiced rum and a splash of Oloroso.
Crunchy brown sugar and black pepper.
I normally drink brandy but this stuff is out of this world it's peaty sweety taste is addictive and they've sold out um really sick
