Distilled at Dalmore in 1999, this is a medium-bodied, fruity Highland dram from Gordon and MacPhail. It was aged in refill sherry hogsheads and was bottled for the Connoisseurs Choice range.
Nose: Sweet, fruity nose with gristy barley malt, toffee apples and berry fruit.
Palate: Spiced, warming palate with buttery malt, blueberry conserve, pepper and sherry.
Finish: Long, fruity finish with custard and cranberries.
Overall: Quite light and very fruity.
