A single cask bottling of 11 year old Dalmore, distilled in 2007 and left to age in a bourbon barrel. Following maturation, this Highland whisky was aptly bottled for the Highland Laid range by Bartels Whisky. Only 240 bottles were produced.
Barley-forward, with whiffs of orange and honeydew melon following on behind.
Melted butter on toasted teacakes, a touch of caraway and black pepper.
Slightly grassy, though vanilla remains dominant.
