A Flora and Fauna official release from the Dailuaine distillery, a 16 year old single malt which has been sherry matured for thick fruitcake notes with winter spice, a great digestive.
Cereals, barley sugars, sherry. Fruitcake, oily, nutty.
Medium body, clean. Malt, estery fruit. Sherry. Nutty.
Nutty, almonds, oily, smoke, oak.

Terrific find...wonderful nose...and slips down easily...got it completely out of the blue at cragganmore distillery...
I would put 10 stars if I could. I discovered this dram more than 1 year ago and I would like everybody to remain silent about it. It's a wonderful dram while everybody is speaking about some Revival stuff (if you see what I mean...), Dailuaine 16yo is just the right stuff. Fruity, Xmas cake, very well balanced. Even the warm orange colour is delightful!! Well, don't tell it to anybody.... Let's keep it among us...
A lovely sherried whisky, full flavoured, rich, sweet and well balanced. A new favourite of mine.
Just finished my first bottle and about to order a new bottle. Fruity and sherry flavours. Now one of my favourite whiskies
Found it a little thing to be honest. Got the sherry and fruit but not overly blown away. But I am a very early stage amateur so take my review with a pinch of salt
