First fill ex-bourbon single cask Lowland whisky from Daftmill farm distillery. Need we say more?! Well, we can also tell you that Optic barley was used, grown exclusively on the farm, and harvested back in August 2006. Malting took place the following year, before distillation in summer 2009. The spirit entered the cask on 27 July 2009, and said cask was handpicked for bottling in 2021. A release of 224 bottles.
