Description
Distilled in 2016, this batch of organic Welsh single malt from Dà Mhìle matured in a single sherry cask for over nine years, making it the distillery's oldest single malt to date! A release of 230 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet and malty, with notes of banana loaf, maple syrup, vanilla, and a touch of tobacco.
Palate
Sweet sherried fruit and warming spices lead the way, with crisp green apples and biscuity malt in tow.
Finish
Soft layers of vanilla, a touch of ginger, and subtle leathery oak.
