The most famous of all the Canadian whiskies, Crown Royal is made with over 50 different whiskies, and they've been making it for over 70 years. It was first created in 1939 to celebrate the visit of King George VI to Canada.
This was most people's favourite tipple in Canada when I went 5 years ago. I got myself a couple of bottles over there and it turns out to be one of my favourites. It comes presented in a nice box along with a navy coloured pouch which locals say it must be kept in once opened. Not too harsh and hits the chest cavity a treat. I would give it 5 stars but I'm a traditionalist so if it were Scottish it would get that 5th star.

Well got it as a present, it's horrible. Smooth and soft like sand paper

Best drunk in a mixer. I would not like to drink this neat.
