Craigellachie 19 Year Old was initially aged in a combination of cask types, with half of the vatting going into first-fill sherry casks and half going into first-fill bourbon casks. It was bottled at 46% ABV and is richer and more biscuity sweet compared to the tropical fruit intensity of the classic 17 Year Old expression.
Oak char, tinned pineapple, ginger, and Digestive Biscuits.
Tropical fruit, golden syrup, oaky spice, malt loaf, and creamy vanilla.
Smoky and biscuity sweet.
