Indie Craigellachie here, brought to us as part of the Living Souls collection. This whisky spent a dozen years maturing in a selection of first-fill sherry hogsheads, bringing sweet notes of buttery pastry and caramelised sugar for a rich, full-bodied, classic Craigellachie.
