Cracking Craigellachie single malt from Hannah Whisky Merchants, distilled in September 2009. It matured for 12 years in a pair of casks, a first-fill olorsoo sherry hogshead and a refill hogshead. Those casks were opened in August 2022, when 600 bottles were released for the Dalgety series.
Marmalade, spiced porridge, cherry jam, and fudge.
Melted brown sugar, stewed forest fruits, and clove-studded orange.
Oat and raisin cookies, a touch of pepper, and more rich sweetness.
