An indie Speysider here from Craigellachie, distilled back in August 2007 and whacked into a single bourbon hogshead. After over a decade resting, the single malt was bottled at 12 years old by Claxton's, with a release of 340 bottles at 55.3% ABV.
Lemon drizzle cake, honey and creamy porridge.
Barley sugar, floral citrus and toasted, caramelised nuts.
Brown sugar and white chocolate, with a hit of stone fruit lingering.
