A wine cask-matured Craigellachie here! This one was distilled in Speyside in 2008 and left to rest in a single cask for just over a decade, until Langside bottled it up in 2020. Just 372 bottles were released for the Hepburn's Choice series.
Well-cooked flapjacks, lots of berry jam, and a savoury hint.
Salted caramel, blackberry, and cocoa powder.
Toasty oak on a warming, juicy finish.
