A single cask Craigellachie bottled by the folks at Alistair Walker. This single malt was distilled in 2007 and left in a single hogshead for just over a decade. Eventually, 11 years later, it was bottled in 2019 for the Infrequent Flyers series, with 341 bottles cask strength bottles released at a burly 59.8% ABV.
Honeyed cereals, apple blossom and lemon drizzle cake.
Honey and kitchen herbs intertwine, brown sugar sprinkled over porridge and oily nuts.
Pear skin, nutty barley and digestives.
