This 11 year old Craigellachie was distilled in 2007, aged in a bourbon hogshead for just over a decade and bottled in 2018 by A.D. Rattray for the Cask Collection. This dram was bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered and without colouring. Just good ol' whisky over here.
Cereal notes, oats, with a touch of lemon zest and honeysuckle.
Brown sugar, orange blossom and caramelised almonds.
