11 year old single cask single malt from Craigellachie, independently bottled by Scotland Grindlay. This single malt was introduced to this plane of existence back in December 2006, then released from its wooden home (also known as a cask) in May 2018, when it was bottled at 50% ABV.
Dried barley, mixed nuts and a touch of vanilla tablet.
Granny Smith apples, subtle coastal salinity, rosemary.
Cedar and caraway.
