A limited edition Craigellachie, distilled 23 January 2009. Seeing as the single malt was bottled by The Single Cask, it's no surprise that it spent its decade of ageing in a single cask - cask #301035 in case you were wondering. April 2019 finally came around, and the liquid was bottled at 57.8% ABV, with only 308 bottles released.
Salted nuts, sea washed pebbles, pear crumble and caramelised brown sugar with orange marmalade and sweet malt.
Barley sugar and honeycomb, fresh hay, silky caramel and buttery apple turnover alongside earthy oak and warming clove and nutmeg.
Lemon blossom, toasted oak and a salty smokiness linger.
