Cotswolds Bourbon Cask Single Malt Whisky
This ace English single malt whisky comes to us from the Cotswolds Distillery, and has been entirely matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. This has imparted generous helpings of warm vanilla and orchard fruit notes, with a touch of toasty oak along the way. Brilliantly creamy and vibrant, perfect as an aperitif whisky, we reckon.

Nose
Vanilla custard, green apple, a hint of toasted oak smokiness.
Palate
Peanut brittle, sultana, shortbread, and cinnamon.
Finish
Buttery biscuits, white pepper, and orange zest.
