This English single malt whisky is triple distilled at the Cornish Rock distillery before it's cut with Cornish spring water and matured in red wine barrels. Bottled at three years old, it boasts a rounded character with gentle layers of malt and red fruit that'll work well for neat sipping, and shine in cocktails.

This is a super, easy-drinking whisky, nice and smooth and, to me, has a hint of gin about it. Very nice indeed and certainly worth trying.
