An intriguing English single malt whisky here from the Masthouse range, produced at the Copper Rivet Distillery in Chatham, Kent. This expression has been distilled with Belgravia barley and distilled in both pot and column stills. Copper Rivet has been doing some fascinating stuff, and we're excited to see more of it!
Lemon zest, caraway, honey, and banana chips.
Malty, with touches of buttered toast and brown sugar.
Oatcakes, caramel, almond pastries.

Great whisky, lovely sweetness, almost like a bourbon
There's something good trying to get out here, but it's just unbalanced and a little rough. There's also a strong whiff of tequila(?) on the palette that's just not right. I hope they get this sorted out as the intentions are sound - uncoloured, non chilled filtrated, and the overall provenance.
