Copper Republic Single Grain Whisky
A superb single grain whisky from Copper Republic in South Africa! It's distilled entirely from local yellow maize, and matured in a duo of bourbon cask types, with freshly charred first-fill and second-fill casks adding to the flavour profile. A meaty savoury note stops the sweet, buttery grain from getting out of hand. Great for bourbon lovers looking to try something different!

Nose
Buttered (and slightly burnt) popcorn, with oak char and sticky honey and hoisin sauce.
Palate
Creamy vanilla leads into maple-cured bacon, fresh peach and sponge cake.
Finish
Milky coffee lingers and wood spice on a dry finish.
