Copeland ’25.3’ Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Copeland ’25.3’ Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a vibrant and expressive single malt aged in first-fill bourbon barrels and a single oloroso quarter cask. It was then finished in a California Pinot Noir cask previously used for Copeland’s Smugglers Reserve Rum.

Nose
Green apple, red berries, vanilla cream and soft oak.
Palate
Fruit forward with pear, caramel, baking spice and toasted sugar. Pinot Noir tannin adds lift.
Finish
Smooth and warming with cocoa, malt sweetness and light spice.
