It's a Single Marrying Cask edition of Compass Box's Great King Street Artist's Blend expression! This one was selected by Hawksmoor, and it was drawn from an ex-Lowland grain whisky barrel. The whisky was married in June 2018, and then bottled in October 2019 at 49% ABV, with only 240 bottles produced.
Honeyed cereal, flaked almonds atop warm pastries, a hint of strawberry Chewits.
Sultanas, peppercorn, quince, Frosties (with milk), with growing richness of oak and toffee.
Lingering toasted brioche and mint imperial brightness.
