This small batch bourbon is named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, an incredibly important figure in bourbon's history from the 1800s who owned a whole host of distilleries and innovated production methods which are still used today. It's only right that the Colonel EH Taylor Small Batch lives up to his name by being absolutely amazing.
Caramel apples, fresh corn and cloves. Butterscotch sneaks in after a while.
More corn sweetness, mixed with slight spiciness of rye and cinnamon.
Medium and very rich with creamy vanilla.
A really great small batch bourbon.

Very nice. A bit spicy like a mild rye. Really nice finish. Holds up to a bit of water but is excellent neat. My taste buds really like the stuff. Hard to impossible to get
This stuff makes a great old fashioned at 100 proof.
Worth every penny in my opinion. Whilst I may be considered a heathen for mixing it with Diet Coke this needs to be regarded as one of my favourite tipples. It’s light and smooth even at 50%. It drinks easy neat or mixed and is worth every penny. I actually think this is better than some of the harder to find bourbons. Whilst rare it’s not hard to find and a nice bottle for any collection just make sure you drink it and sharing it with friends is even better.
Nose: Cinnamon Apples - baked apple pie. Palate: Flowers, spice, bit nutty and salty. Cardamom, Winterfresh ?? After taste: Creamy. Tried it straight, bit of water and then with ice. They were all pretty good but if I were to rate these: #1. Ice #2. Water #3. Straight.
Really nice nose and body Nose: baking spices, vanilla, caramel Palate: baked fruits, vanilla, baking spice lingers
