A rather delicious-sounding independently bottled Clynelish here from Wemyss Malts - 'Waffles and Ice Cream'! It was distilled in 1997, aged in a single hogshead cask and bottled in 2015 with an outturn of 274 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Thick vanilla and marmalade, with a little hint of lightly-toasted brown bread.
Palate
Golden syrup, fresh malt, salted farmhouse butter and orange.
Finish
Quite herbal, with a spicy touch of black pepper.
