It's a Wemyss Malts independent bottling of Clynelish single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 1995 and matured in a single hogshead cask. In 2016, it was bottled at 46% ABV with an outturn of 340 bottles - and has been given the name 'Pomme Piquant'.
Green apples (as you could guess from the name), orange pith, ginger and some floral malt.
Herbaceous at first, before the zesty fruit once again takes hold of the whisky's flavour profile.
Caramel, shortbread and a little Sherried spice.
