A 2000 vintage Clynelish single malt, bottled in 2015 by Gordon & MacPhail as part of their Connoisseurs Choice range. Excellent Highland whisky from a cracking distillery.
This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
White pepper, cinnamon, pear and peaches. A little bit of sugary bourbon biscuit, too.
Quite spicy, though touches of chocolate give it a good balance.
Fragrantly floral - think rose petals and coconut.
