This is a fourteen year old Caol Ila bottled without chill-filtration by Signatory to maintain flavour and texture.
Grapes and rhubarb crumble with beach bonfire smoke drifting above.
The palate is light and fruity with a salty coastal tang.
The finish is long with a distinct smokiness.
A classic coastal whisky excellently delivered!
