
This is the first organic whisky from Bristol's Circumstance distillery. The whisky is produced from a combo of organic malted, un-malted, and roasted barley, mashed and fermented for 14 days with a selection of saison, Belgian abbey, and strong ale yeast. It was distilled through Circumstance's copper hood and four-plate column still before maturing for 37 months in a selection of European oak, bourbon, and oloroso sherry-conditioned casks.
Spiced plums, a touch of fruit cake, candied nuts, and roasted malt.
Ripe, soft stone fruits and runny toffee join milk chocolate and a touch of pepper.
Oaken vanilla and lemon zest linger alongside butterscotch and oak char.

The Circumstance three mix Barley, is one of the best tasting whiskys i have ever drunk. I would definitely recommend purchasing a bottle or two before this amazing batch disappears, have no regrets.
