The Chita Japanese single grain whisky is one of the selection of fantastic distilleries owned by Suntory – you can learn more about The House of Suntory here.
Chita is their main expression - a whisky matured in a combination of Sherry, bourbon and (interestingly) wine casks.
Chita whisky is great for the summer months.
Honeydew melon, citrus and honey'd cereal.
Vanilla sponge cake and more honey. A touch of orchard blossom.

I first had a Chita highball in Japan and was bowled over. Wonderfully floral and firmly established as my go to Japanese whisky, neat or mixed. I even convinced my sceptical poker night buddies!

Very light and very tasty! You must try this with soda. Smooth! If you are looking to get knocked out without a punch, Chita with soda is the tastiest way to go. No hangover whatsoever. Trust me, i have tasted whatever is available.
In general I liked it.Similar to Haig Club, but better. I would buy again for ~£30 maybe
