From the sadly shut Caperdonich Distillery comes this impressive single malt, bottled as part of the Secret Speyside Collection. Though we don't know exactly when this was distilled (before the distillery closed in 2002, obviously), we do know that it's unpeated, and that spent its quarter of a century of ageing in first fill American oak barrels. Eventually it was bottled up at 25 years old, weighing in at 48% ABV. Very special stuff.
