A treat from The Vintage Malt Whisky Co., this Caol Ila single malt joins The Cooper's Choice Golden Cut Collection. Dubbed "Campfires & Salted Caramels" this single malt was treated to a finish in sweet Malaga wine casks before bottling at a hearty 50% ABV, bringing sweet notes of sultanas and raisins to the pungent peat smoke at its heart.
Briny, with pungent bonfire smoke and oily peat.
Salted caramel, Frazzles, raisins, and sweet, robust peat.
