Independently bottled coastal single malt from the isle of Islay, bottled as part of the Elements of Islay range. Cl11 was finished in sherry butts before being bottled at cask strength. We'll leave to you ponder the mystery of what distillery it's from.
Brioche, smoked meats, dried orange peel and sultana.
Earthy peat and eucalyptus, melted chocolate, salted caramel, clove.
A hint of lemon drizzle cask develops.
