A vibrant young Caol Ila single malt, matured in a bourbon barrel for six years between 2011 and 2017. Now, we've managed to bag 36 bottles for our own collection of exclusive, in-house independent releases.

Tahini bread and toasted seeds lead to hints of herbaceous peat and rich roasted malt.
Juicy roasted barley takes centre stage, with honey trickling through layers of dried herbs and smoked samphire.
Waxed lemon peels are joined by salted crackers, with lingering peat smoke and woody fennel seed spice.
