Nose
Zesty notes of salted lemons join oaken vanilla, with waves of oily barley and dense, tarry peat smoke.
Palate
A tangle of creamy custard and maritime smoke, with salted caramel and candied ginger beneath.
Finish
Coastal peat lingers alongside hints of stewed stone fruit, cracked black pepper, and oak char.
