A 2012 Caol single malt from indie bottler Signatory Vintage, matured in a raft of casks for 11 years, before being bottled in October 2023 as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Peat smoke, brine, custard, and lemon peel.
Salted caramel, rich spice, smoke, and pepper.
Peaty and sweet.
