Description

Distilled at Cameronbridge in 1995, this single grain whisky spent the next 30 years maturing in a single refill bourbon barrel. Indie bottler Blind Summit Whisky waited patiently for it to reach a great drinking window, and that time is now! A release of 160 cask strength bottles.

Nose

Peach pastries, vanilla pod and oak spice.

Palate

Smooth and buttery popcorn with well-integrated alcohol. Herbal notes alongside honey, sweet butterscotch, vanilla fudge and candied lemon.

Finish

Long and gentle, the honey and herbal notes fading slowly and cleanly.
