Indie single grain Scotch whisky from the Cameronbridge distillery, bottled by James Eadie! This one was aged in a single hogshead from 1997 to 2018, and bottled at 21 years old with an outturn of just 265 bottles.
Coffee and croissants, plus a hint of pancakes covered in maple syrup. Cedar develops in the background.
Vanilla ice cream with fudge pieces, peanut butter on toast, lemon and black pepper.
Icing sugar and ground cinnamon, with a touch of almond.
