This was distilled at the Cameronbridge grain distillery in February of 1979. It was aged for 32 years in cask 3597 and bottled by Duncan Taylor in March 2011.
Nose: Herbal and sweet. Toasted almonds and peanuts, with creamy vanilla and oak.
Palate: Berry fruits and various liqueurs. This is creamy, sweet and laden with custard and jam notes.
Finish: Peppery and fruity, ginger, nutmeg and steamed milk.
