This single grain from Cameronbridge spent some of its 15 years in an amontillado sherry cask. The 2007 vintage Scotch whisky was bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Company for its The Cooper's Choice series with an outturn of 306 bottles.
Creamy grain, with nut butter, and honeyed fruits.
Shortbread, with candied almonds, some milk chocolate, and woody spices.
Sweet and nutty.
