Superb single grain Scotch whisky from the Cambus Distillery, which has been independently bottled up by The Whisky Cellar. It was distilled in 1988 and aged in a pair of American oak hogsheads for 33 years, then finally bottled up in 2022. 498 bottles were produced.
Nutty hints of almond and pecan, drenched in caramel.
More brown sugar and nutty notes, with a smidge of bubblegum balanced by mature oak richness.
Toasted cedar, dried apricot, and cinnamon.
