The Red Cask Company snapped up this delightful single grain Cambus after it was aged for 31 years, partly in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt. The 1991 vintage Scotch was bottled at cask strength 57.1% ABV in 2023.
Gingerbread, creamy hazelnut, black fruit, and malt loaf.
Treacle tart, orange zest, dark chocolate, and cinnamon.
Blackberry and oily nuts.
