Description
Single grain Scotch whisky from the closed Cambus Distillery here, independently bottled for the Darkness series. This one was matured for 30 years, including a finishing period in a Moscatel sherry octave cask, which has imparted a wealth of sherried brilliance to the wonderfully creamy whisky. Expect notes of melted chocolate, nuts and red berries...

Nose
Freshly baked almond slices, with cherry and chocolate in support.
Palate
Wonderfully creamy. Layers of honey and caramel, plus some fresh orange and a kick of root ginger.
Finish
A long, chocolatey finish.
