New Zealand's Cardrona distillery produced its first spirit in 2015. Now that some of its early distillations have had plenty of time to mature, they've been bottled up for the Full Flight series, which the distillery describes as a final progress report! This is a 350ml bottle of single malt whisky distilled in 2016 and filled into a single bourbon cask, where it remained until it was bottled at cask strength in 2023. A release of 401 350ml bottles.
