“I very rarely buy Irish whisky, but I thought I would give this a try. For the price, there's nothing to complain about. Nevertheless, this might not be to everyone's taste. It is light, floral, sweet and very very easy to drink. Absolutely no grain harshness. I look forward to sampling more expensive Irish drams in the near future. Given the state of The Scottish Whisky Industry (and the horrific price of Japanese spirit), I would rather spend my money somewhere else. ”

Nose
Aromatic, sweet Riesling-like quality to this. Also cut herbs and blossom.
Palate
Fruity, aromatic palate. Salty butter, all kinds of blossom, sweet vanilla cream and citrus.
Finish
A malty finish with cardamom and ginger on the tail.
