Bushmill's original whisky is a smooth, easy-drinking whiskey that has been produced in Ireland for centuries.
Bushmills Original is made up of grain whiskey matured for five years before blending with malt whiskeys. Bushmill's Irish whiskey is triple distilled and very supple.
Bushmills Original is a consistent, great value-for-money, triple-distilled blend made with a core of flavoursome malt and grain whiskies
Aromatic, sweet Riesling-like quality to this. Also cut herbs and blossom.
Fruity, aromatic palate. Salty butter, all kinds of blossom, sweet vanilla cream and citrus.
A malty finish with cardamom and ginger on the tail.

I bought a bottle of this on a nostalgia trip as my family came from Antrim area before emigrating to New Zealand in 1875. To drink it is nice, a bit bland if I say must say so. Iv'e got a bottle of Black Bush to try which is sitting waiting for the day I finish this (and I will), I hope it is much better, the reviews indicate it will be. Perhaps the original a good first Irish non malt whisky that will not disappoint.
I used to be a Scotch drinker, but while visiting with a friend was served Bushmills. Wow. I really like it. It is smooth, very easy to drink, and it has replaced Scotch in my liqueur cabinet. Good price to for the quality.
Decent, cheap whiskey that is very smooth and easy to drink. Lemony, slightly sweet, and a bit of woodiness.
Awful taste. It is utterly unpalatable, and tastes lime something you'd use to get drunk. If you want REAL quality, avoid this one.
Have been a fan of Jameson for a good few years and tried this recently - actually prefer it and is generally a tad cheaper. A very decent blend for the price, imo. Will definitely buy again and would choose over Jameson now!
