Bushmill's original whisky is a smooth, easy-drinking whiskey that has been produced in Ireland for centuries.
Bushmills Original is made up of grain whiskey matured for five years before blending with malt whiskeys. Bushmill's Irish whiskey is triple distilled and very supple.

Aromatic, sweet Riesling-like quality to this. Also cut herbs and blossom.
Fruity, aromatic palate. Salty butter, all kinds of blossom, sweet vanilla cream and citrus.
A malty finish with cardamom and ginger on the tail.
I drink only Irish Whisky and tried a bottle. I do not like the taste at all. I don’t recommend it.
Many drinkers of spirits over time lose their tasting ability via increasingly going for "hard hitting" whiskey, something that really jolts, blows your head off, burns......... Bushmills is NOT of that demeanor. It is wonderfully smooth, altogether light, clearly delicate in all manner and within same, its delicacy resides for those who can appreciate such character.
Smooth, easy drinking whisky, slightly disappointing finish. But great value for price.
Really good, simple blend that is very, very easy to drink. An 'everyday' favourite of mine.
