A very special, rare edition of Bushmills, single cask, unfiltered and laid down into American white oak casks in 1975 before bottling at the turn of the millennium.
These bottles were part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Creamy, cereal sweetness, barley, vanilla, oak. Nutty.
Mature oak, sweet spices, vanilla, creamy, fruity.
Medium to long, barley, fruit, honey, creamy.
This is sublime stuff.
Exceptional Irish Whiskey that is silky smooth. So smooth straight out of the bottle..Just finished the bottle I kept for 7 years before opening Christmas 2012 The Best Irish Whiskey I ever had.
A little bit like petrol, but in the best way possible. Cleaner than you could imagine.
The Bushmills Millennium Malt is sublime. We toured the distillery the day after St. Patrick's Day 2010 and they had opened a bottle for the free sample on St Patrick's Day. We were lucky enough to get a try of this whiskey. Strong and creamy to the nose, almost pungent but nastily so, Christmas cake on the palate, definitely a long finish with what tastes like Golden Syrup and sultanas. Absolutely sublime!
