If you've been in a bar (any bar, really), you've more than likely seen a bottle of this on the shelf. One of the most well-known Irish blends, Bushmills Black Bush features a lot of sherried malt in its recipe, alongside classically caramel-y grain whiskey. Suitable for enjoying neat, but it can also be used in whiskey cocktails that call for dark fruit sweetness...
Over-ripe grape and light citrus on the nose. A touch of toffee and peanut.
Vanilla and milk bottle sweeties. Dried peels, chamomile tea and cinnamon sticks.
Digestive biscuit, cooked plum and orange oil.

Very tasty and smooth. My go to Irish whiskey.
I'm not a big fun of irish whiskey but this one is very good
Came across Black Bush on night out, as they had no other Irish whiskey and fell in love with its smooth, sweetness. Just ordered myself another bottle as you can never have to much of a good thing.
I love Black Bush. I discovered it when I lived in Ireland many years ago. It is still my favourite, even though I have tasted a variety of fine whiskeys and scotches over the years. If you have been disappointed by the roughness of the standard Bushmills, try Black Bush. It is so smooth, it will surprise you. And if you’re a whisky “virgin”, try a hot toddy with this: very hot water, one or two teaspoons of sugar, a good measure of Black Bush and to finish, a sice of lemon pierced with 3 or 4 cloves. Delicious and guaranteed to stop a cold in its tracks!
At this price it's a steal. I bought this for a party as they had no other whiskey in store for under 30 that I liked. Now I find myself reaching for it again and again. Has a slight taste of charred wood with all the fruits of a mild jam thrown in. Very creamy up front with a back end sweetness which brings you back for more
